The Lesotho Highlands Development Authority (LHDA) wishes to inform all stakeholders and members of the general public that a nominal fee will be charged at the Information Centres at Katse, ’Muela and Mohale for presentations and guided tours from 1st August 2004.
The charges will be M5.00 for adults and M2.00 for children. A fee of M0.50 Lisente will also be charged for the use of ablution facilities at these Centres.
For Katse Information Centre there will be additional charges for presentations and guided tours of the Katse Alpine Botanic Garden as follows:
§ Children = M2.00
§ Adults = M5.00
§ Group of 10 & above = M40.00 per group
These charges will be utilised to upgrade and maintain these structures for the benefit of all the users and to attract more tourists to our beautiful country and the LHWP features.
